PAYMENT

All payments are handled by Mollie BV. M.J.Carter never stores or transfers any credit card information. Payments can be made by, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CartaSi, Cartes Bancaires and PayPal.

WARRANTY

We will return a product for faulty if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the shoes resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the shoe and non-observance of the directions provided by M.J.Carter.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us.

DELIVERY

The estimated delivery time is depending on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices are including VAT. Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping service. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and taxes out of the EU are not included. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

COUNTRY DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COST

Netherlands: free shipping, taking approximately 1-3 business days.
Europe: free shipping, taking approximately 2-4 business days.
Outside Europe: shipping cost of €10,00, taking approximately 3-7 business days.

RETURNS

Any product purchased from the online boutique can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. To send the item back, please fill in the return form and send it back to the address described under company details. Instructions on how to send the product can be found on the return form. All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. During the 14 days reflection period the customer will treat the product and the packaging with care. The product will only be unpacked in the way a consumer would be allowed in a store. The customer will be responsible for a decrease in value of the product if they do not take the above into account. Returned footwear must be inside the box, including the original packaging, dust bag and letter. Soles must have no wear. If footwear is returned with wear/damage we can not accept them. Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers own cost. The burden of proof for timely and rightful return of the product is for the customer.

REFUNDS

As soon as we have received your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.
